Before you book
Review the itinerary, traveler names, price, provider conditions and any service fees before authorizing a booking. Ask us to clarify a rule before purchase if anything is unclear.
Requesting a change or cancellation
Email admin@travelsvistagroup.com as soon as possible with your name, booking reference and requested change. Do not send payment card details by email. A request to us does not itself cancel a booking; cancellation is complete only when the relevant provider confirms it.
Refunds and credits
If the provider’s rules permit a refund or credit, the amount and timing depend on the provider, payment processor and financial institution. We will share status information available to us, but cannot promise a completion date controlled by another party.
Provider schedule changes
If a provider changes or cancels a service, available alternatives or remedies depend on that provider’s rules and applicable requirements. Contact us for help reviewing the options.
